If I were to wager a guess at why, I’d say that users don’t “browse” forms. The interaction style users engage in with forms is different, and requires its own study and design best practices. This is a very interesting post, and the comments are also fantastic to read. About the photo...
It was taken during a trip to Germany (March 2008) to visit some close friends. The photo is actually Salzburg, Austria. The bikers are: Emily, Emma, Erin, Donna, Phillip, Rachel, and Beth. Greg was too slow :) and Scott was taking the picture. Those are the Alps in the background. We were on a "Sound of Music" bicycle tour.
Needless to say, it was amazing. I'll try and post more pictures from this trip later.
