I was a co-worker of your mom, Susan, when we went under the LaSalle name. I have kept in touch with her since I left and she told me about your blog. I would like to commend you on the wonderful job you are doing on keeping family and friends updated on Donna. I have never met you but I want you to know that I am praying for your family.
I was happy to log on today and see that Donna is on her way home - maybe even home by the time you read this. Keep the Faith - God is Good; the Worker of miracles.
Oh my goodness, that is such wonderful news!! There is no place like home to make you feel better as well. I'm so happy that you will all be back together again. We continue to pray for all of you and that Donna regains her strength quickly. Give her a big hug for me & let her know that I love her tons!! :-) Much love to you all, Michelle
Donna and Scott, How happy I am for the 4 of you to be home together. May this be the beginning of true healing. This experience must have brought you all even closer to each other. You make it sound as if you've been brought closer to God also. If only we all could have the faith and trust that you all have found. Best of everything. maryjo
Living for the Line... God is eternal. He has always been and always will be. We are but a 'dot' in the grand scheme of things. This place is not our home. We are living with eternity in mind...
About the photo...
It was taken during a trip to Germany (March 2008) to visit some close friends. The photo is actually Salzburg, Austria. The bikers are: Emily, Emma, Erin, Donna, Phillip, Rachel, and Beth. Greg was too slow :) and Scott was taking the picture. Those are the Alps in the background. We were on a "Sound of Music" bicycle tour.
Needless to say, it was amazing. I'll try and post more pictures from this trip later.
